You represent that your User Content reflects your honest opinion and a genuine experience; that it is your own work and does not infringe anyone's rights; and that you have not been paid or given anything of value to post it without clearly disclosing that fact. We do not permit fake, misleading, or undisclosed-incentivized reviews.

Prohibited content. You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing; that impersonates another person; that contains other people's private information; or that consists of spam or advertising.

License. You grant House of Brown a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and syndicate your User Content in connection with our business, including on our Site, in marketing, and on third-party platforms such as Shopify and the Shop app, Google, Meta, and TikTok. You retain ownership of your User Content.

Display of your name. You understand that your display name (which may include your first name and last initial) and any images or video you submit may be shown publicly with your review.

Moderation. We may, but are not obligated to, review, screen, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion. Where required, we will make substantive edits to your review content only with your consent; we may remove content without notice.

Not our opinion. Reviews reflect the views of individual customers, not House of Brown.
